BUSINESS LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking two mid-level Associates to join its nationally recognized Business Litigation practice. 

The Associate will serve as an integral member of the firm’s award-winning litigation team, handling a broad range of complex business litigation matters from early case assessment through trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing fact and expert discovery, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research, preparing dispositive motions and briefs, assisting with case strategy, coordinating with trial teams, and supporting all aspects of trial preparation. Associates will work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated disputes involving significant financial and business exposure.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience; strong discovery and trial preparation experience; exceptional written and oral advocacy skills; outstanding academic credentials; experience at a large law firm or sophisticated civil litigation boutique; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (Georgia or New York). Experience handling high-stakes commercial disputes, working with expert witnesses, and supporting complex trial teams through all litigation phases is preferred.
