GENERAL LIABILITY LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of a large regional firm, seeks a General Liability Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our General Liability practice. The caseload will primarily involve matters focused on products liability, consumer litigation, construction, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily injury liability defense. This position requires 4+ days in-office per week. Opportunities to work remotely may arise once the attorney gains a basic understanding of the firm systems and team processes. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience handling depositions, court appearances, and preparing/arguing motions
• Strongly preferred: 1+ years of experience at a defense law firm.
• Strong writing and speaking skills, proven ability to manage complex cases, outstanding analytical skills, ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school + GA bar admission
