LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–7 YRS): Our client, and AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its nationally ranked Labor and Employment Group

The Associate will support a diverse practice that combines litigation, counseling, and transactional employment law work. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, developing factual records, preparing depositions, managing written discovery and discovery disputes, and drafting motions and briefs. The role may also involve reviewing and negotiating employment agreements, assisting with employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions, and advising clients on complex workplace legal matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management abilities, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload within a collaborative, cross-office team environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized accredited law school; 3–7 years of commercial litigation and/or employment litigation experience; strong research, analytical, and writing skills; experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and active Georgia Bar admission or eligibility to waive into the Georgia Bar. Prior employment litigation experience and AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
