Our client, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 6+ yrs. of experience to join its established L&E Practice Group in Atlanta. The attorney will handle substantial L&E litigation, pretrial, trial, and case management in a collaborative team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage L&E litigation matters and active case files; oversee case development, litigation strategy, and pretrial preparation while maintaining deadlines and client communication

• Handle substantive legal research, legal analysis, and persuasive legal writing; prepare litigation documents and support matters through pretrial proceedings and trial

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and litigation teams; demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment while delivering responsive client service and managing competing priorities

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ yr. Labor & Employment litigation experience, with demonstrated pretrial and trial experience and the ability to manage litigation case files

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills; strong academic and professional credentials

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, initiative, independent case management ability, and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork

• JD from a nationally recognized and accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

• Georgia Bar license
