Our client, a well-established Atlanta law firm, is seeking several experienced General Liability Defense Associates to join its downtown Atlanta office. The attorneys will handle general liability defense litigation with meaningful responsibility for depositions, court appearances, and motion practice. This is a hybrid position within a collaborative practice that values quality work, professional growth, and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle general liability defense matters; participate in depositions and court appearances; prepare and argue motions; assist with case development and substantive litigation matters through the various stages of litigation
• Manage assigned matters with strong attention to detail and quality work product; collaborate with attorneys and litigation teams while taking increasing responsibility for case strategy and execution

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years exp. handling general liability and/or litigation matters; demonstrated general liability experience involving depositions, court appearances, and preparing and arguing motions

• Strong litigation, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative and growth-oriented practice environment

• JD from an accredited law school

• Georgia Bar license required

• Office environment: Hybrid position based in the downtown Atlanta office
