INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, seeks a patent litigation senior associate or counsel with 7-10 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property group. Candidates should have experience litigating cases involving computer, software, wireless device, or medical device technologies.  In addition, the firm seeks candidates with significant PTAB experience, including a proven ability to handle inter partes reviews from start to finish. 

REQUIRED:  Admission to the USPTO.; a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; GA Bar admission; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; attention to detail and a strong work ethic; ability to establish strong client and peer relationships
