Your Perfect Partner for Legal Recruiting

Supria is a legal recruiter with The RMN Agency as well as a certified executive coach and an experienced leader of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. For nearly two decades, she has helped advance DEI best practices in law firms and in higher education. As a former litigator, she draws from her professional experiences to guide attorneys to career opportunities that closely match their interests, values, and life goals. Supria joined The RMN Agency in 2022. Her collaborations with minority-centered law organizations including the South Asian Bar Association and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association introduced her to the founder/president and the managing partner of The RMN Agency who both recruited her from her independent executive coaching practice to join The RMN Agency. What Supria values about being a part of The RMN Agency’s legal recruiting team is the genuine collaboration, teamwork, and specialty-focus of helping attorneys in Atlanta.

Previously, Supria managed diversity and inclusion initiatives for King & Spalding LLP. She has managed diversity hiring and career development for other law firms in New York City and Atlanta. At Emory University, she served as Title IX coordinator responsible for compliance with federal regulations specific to academic institutions. Her experience in higher education also includes roles in career services for Emory University School of Law and at Georgia School of Law. She started her law career as a litigator working as an associate at law firms in Atlanta.

Born and raised in Georgia, Supria earned her executive and organizational coaching certification focused on psychodynamic and brain-based coaching from New York University Executive Education Program. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence Assessments (EQ-I 2.0 and EQ 360). She earned her law degree from Washington University (in St. Louis) School of Law, and earned her undergraduate degree in English from Vanderbilt University. Supria enjoys cheering on Atlanta sports teams but remains a big Vandy fan. She is a trivia buff and is always up for seeing musicals and plays at the Fox Theater.

Supria’s Career Advice for Lawyers

“You really are the best expert on yourself. When you are honest with yourself about what you want in life and in your career, you will inch closer to your dream job in law,” says Supria. Over the years, she has observed that legal professionals sometimes compromise their individual interests after adopting a rigid mindset during law school about how a law career is expected to unfold. “Stay true to yourself,” she adds. Words Supria lives by include intentionality, honesty and being genuine.
