REAL ESTATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an international firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years to join their Real Estate team. Candidates should have a strong background in Commercial Real Estate including experience related to joint ventures for the acquisition, operation, and development of real estate assets. An understanding of advising real estate clients in acquiring, financing, developing, and selling all types of real estate assets would also be valuable. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar admission; and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
