LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of a multinational firm, is seeking a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their Litigation group. Specifically, the role involves working within the Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Class Actions subgroup, with a focus on supporting the Class Actions team. Candidates will be responsible for drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda; reviewing and drafting discovery responses; analyzing discovery materials to develop case strategies and support motion drafting; and preparing deposition outlines. 

REQUIRED: Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission;  attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
