CORPORATE | ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Incentives Associate to join its sophisticated national corporate practice. The Associate will advise domestic and international companies expanding or relocating operations in the United States and assist clients with the development of corporate headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facilities, data centers, and large-scale office projects. A significant component of the practice involves identifying, structuring, and negotiating discretionary economic development incentives. This is a high-volume, fast-paced practice serving global clients and the position may be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 6+ years of direct and applicable AMLaw 100 experience advising domestic and international companies on U.S. expansion and relocation projects, major facility development, and economic development incentives. Candidates should have immediately transferable skills, experience managing sophisticated transactions, and the ability to mentor junior associates. Candidates must possess a strong academic background and excellent analytical, writing, verbal communication, organizational, and client service skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state in which they are based.
