REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic and collaborative Real Estate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, mortgage lending, and corporate real estate matters. The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of sophisticated real estate deals, supporting both institutional and corporate clients. The firm offers a collegial, team-oriented culture and the opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized real estate practice.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting; active GA bar membership or eligibility for admission; strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent organizational and communication abilities; and a demonstrated commitment to client service.
