COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (LANDLORD/TENANT RIGHTS) | SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS): Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its office. This role sits within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice and focuses on complex commercial matters involving landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA and landlord-tenant compliance, and real estate disputes.
The attorney in this position will handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, preparing and arguing motions, and engaging in oral advocacy. The role requires a sophisticated litigator capable of managing complex commercial cases independently while working collaboratively within a team. Strong writing skills, analytical depth, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel are essential.
REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with at least 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including substantial experience handling landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability matters, HOA and landlord-tenant compliance issues, and real estate-related disputes; demonstrated experience managing all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, legal research, analysis, and oral advocacy; superior writing skills with strong analytical and research abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; admission to practice law in the State of Georgia in good standing, with admission to the Alabama Bar considered a plus.
