LITIGATION – CRYPTO & BLOCKCHAIN | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-6 YRS): Our client, a leading global AmLaw firm is seeking a 2-6 year associate to join its nationally recognized, industry-exclusive Cryptocurrency Litigation & Regulatory Defense team. This group is the largest crypto-exclusive legal team in the world, with associates dedicated 100% to representing crypto and blockchain clients. The role offers hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of matters including cryptocurrency litigation, bankruptcy litigation in the crypto space, product counseling, regulatory advisory work, state licensing and charter matters, and enforcement defense involving cutting-edge legal and technological issues. The practice is fast-paced, highly sophisticated, and deeply involved in the most prominent crypto disputes, restructurings, token launches, product structuring, and industry-defining matters.
The associate will support high-stakes litigation and enforcement matters; assist in developing regulatory and product strategies; engage with emerging digital asset legal frameworks; and collaborate with a Band-1 Chambers ranked crypto disputes team representing leading crypto platforms, exchanges, creditors’ committees, debtors, and innovative start-ups. The role provides the opportunity to build industry-defining expertise, work directly with prominent clients, and contribute to precedent-shaping crypto matters in courts and regulatory arenas nationwide.
REQUIRED: Admission to practice in the jurisdiction corresponding to the office in which the associate will sit; outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school; exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills; and a demonstrated, working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Candidates must show either prior experience working on cryptocurrency litigation, regulatory advisory matters, government investigations, enforcement defense, or product counseling, or a clear record of meaningful involvement and demonstrated interest in crypto law and digital asset issues.
