REAL ESTATE | CLOSING SPECIALIST (3+ YRS): Our client, a boutique firm,  is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join its growing residential real estate practice. This role supports high-volume residential transactions and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment handling purchase, sale, and refinance closings from start to finish. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven setting and enjoys direct communication with lenders, agents, and clients.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational and file management skills, strong attention to detail, clear and professional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Familiarity with modern closing platforms and a strong understanding of residential real estate documentation are essential to success in this role.

REQUIRED: Candidates should have at least 3 years of residential real estate closing experience, including purchase, sale, and refinance transactions; demonstrated ability to independently manage closing files and deadlines; strong document review and comprehension skills; comfort communicating with lenders, real estate agents, and clients; experience using Qualia or comparable closing software strongly preferred; and the professionalism and reliability necessary to work effectively in a fast-paced real estate practice.
