LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–8 YRS): Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate. This position offers the opportunity to work in a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice handling sophisticated litigation matters for employer clients across a broad range of industries. The role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber litigation environment and is interested in deepening or leveraging experience in labor and employment law.
The associate will handle complex employment-related disputes, including litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, while collaborating with experienced partners and teams nationwide. REQUIRED: Candidates must have 3–8 years of strong litigation experience, with labor and employment law experience preferred; demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively; excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills; strong academic credentials; and admission to practice law in Georgia in good standing.
