LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, a national AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a team-oriented mid-level associate to join its Litigation Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative litigation team handling sophisticated matters, including product liability and class action litigation, in a dynamic and fast-paced law firm environment.

The Associate will be responsible for supporting and advancing complex litigation matters, including product liability and class action cases. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and assisting with case strategy and client interaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, polished written and oral advocacy abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with at least 3 years of large law firm litigation experience; experience handling product liability and class action matters; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset; active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
