PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION | ATTORNEY (5–10 YRS): Our client, a rapidly scaling national personal injury firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support its Georgia practice in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-growth firm at a formative stage, working alongside mission-driven teammates to deliver strong outcomes while helping shape litigation strategy, processes, and team development as the firm expands nationally.
The Attorney will handle personal injury matters throughout the full litigation lifecycle, including case evaluation, legal strategy development, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records and evidence, negotiating with insurance carriers, collaborating with medical and vocational experts, managing client communications, and maintaining organized case files and litigation timelines. The role requires independent case management, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to balance efficiency with strategic execution to maximize case value and support business growth.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active Georgia Bar admission; 5-10 years of personal injury litigation experience; strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently; knowledge of Georgia personal injury laws and procedures; ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; must be located in or near Georgia. Admission to one or more Georgia federal courts; experience in high-growth or high-volume litigation environments; strong leadership or mentorship capabilities is preferred.
