REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate practice handling complex transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance on a national platform.
The successful candidate will support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents. Responsibilities include managing due diligence processes, coordinating and overseeing transaction closings, collaborating directly with clients to understand business objectives, and providing strategic legal guidance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of real estate transactional experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing; experience with real estate debt or equity matters preferred; strong drafting and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; and active bar admission and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
