LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | ASSOCIATE (3–8 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a litigation associate. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized practice advising employers on complex labor and employment matters while collaborating with a highly sophisticated litigation team.
The successful candidate will handle a wide range of employment-related litigation matters, including managing cases through all stages of litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, participating in mediations and negotiations, and supporting strategic client counseling initiatives. Attorneys will work directly with clients on nuanced workplace legal issues and contribute to innovative legal strategies within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Littler provides significant exposure to complex employment disputes and the opportunity to develop specialized expertise within a premier management-side labor and employment practice.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–8 years of strong litigation experience; labor and employment law experience preferred; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment; active Georgia bar admission required.
