REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm,  is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a growing national platform.

The Associate will represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, managing deal execution from inception through closing, and advising clients on real estate strategy and structuring. The role involves close collaboration with partners and clients, requiring strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of commercial real estate experience; experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing; strong academic credentials; excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
