LABOR & EMPLOYMENT (OSHA)| MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm with a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice, is seeking a mid-level Associate (3–6 years) to join its OSHA-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the country’s preeminent OSHA practices, advising clients on complex compliance, enforcement, and litigation matters across a national platform.
The Associate will handle a broad range of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), environmental, and whistleblower matters. Responsibilities include advising clients on regulatory compliance, managing on-site inspections and agency interactions, and representing clients in enforcement actions and related litigation. The role also involves conducting depositions, managing discovery, drafting motions, and contributing to overall case strategy. Associates will work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters, gaining significant responsibility and direct client interaction while supporting both trial and appellate litigation efforts.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of experience in OSHA, MSHA, environmental, or whistleblower matters; litigation experience including depositions, discovery, and motion practice preferred; strong academic credentials; excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; and admission to the applicable state bar or ability to waive in. Experience with environmental compliance and enforcement is a plus.
