TRADITIONAL LABOR | SENIOR ASSOCIATE OR COUNSEL (7+ YRS): Our client, an International L&E Boutique Firm, is seeking a Senior Traditional Labor Associate for their Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized labor and employment practice, advising clients on complex labor relations matters while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The Associate will represent employers in a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration. Responsibilities include advising clients on union-related issues, handling unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, and supporting employment litigation matters as needed. The role requires managing multiple complex matters simultaneously, providing strategic legal counsel, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and long-term practice growth.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 7+ years of traditional labor experience; experience with collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration; experience handling unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB preferred; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment; and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
