CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Transactions practice within the Health Care & Policy group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters, particularly within the healthcare sector, at a nationally recognized Am Law firm.

The Associate will support a broad range of corporate transactions, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include assisting with deal structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and supporting transactions from inception through closing. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising clients on strategic business and regulatory considerations within complex transactions.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–4 years of transactional experience; demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions; strong academic credentials; excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills; and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
