CORPORATE- DEBT FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Finance and Lending team within the Corporate Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated debt finance transactions for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients across a national platform.
The Associate will handle a broad range of financing matters, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex debt transactions. Responsibilities include advising on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and related corporate finance transactions; representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and lenders; and collaborating with deal teams to execute high-value transactions from inception through closing. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance or debt finance transactions; experience representing sponsors, lenders, or borrowers in leveraged finance or acquisition financings; strong academic credentials; excellent writing and analytical skills; and admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar (or ability to obtain promptly).
