LABOR | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its nationally recognized Labor Group. This opportunity is focused exclusively on traditional labor law matters and offers the ability to work with national clients on sophisticated labor relations issues within a collaborative, team-oriented practice.
The Associate will represent management-side clients in a broad range of labor matters, including grievance arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice cases, collective bargaining negotiations, and union organizing campaigns. Responsibilities include serving as lead counsel in arbitration matters, appearing before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), advising employers on compliance with the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), conducting management-side labor training, and collaborating with attorneys across offices on complex labor strategy and litigation matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of dedicated management-side labor law experience; first-chair grievance arbitration experience; experience managing labor matters independently; experience practicing before the NLRB, with first-chair hearing experience preferred; strong writing and analytical skills; and the ability to collaborate effectively within a national team environment. Spanish language skills are preferred.
