REAL ESTATE FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-8 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its nationally integrated Real Estate Finance practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated commercial real estate lending transactions for financial institutions, lenders, investors, and borrowers across a broad range of asset classes and financing structures.
The Associate will represent clients in complex real estate finance transactions, including mortgage lending, secured credit facilities, acquisition financing, development financing, refinancing transactions, and other structured real estate debt arrangements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, managing transaction teams, coordinating closings, advising clients on financing structures, and working closely with lenders, borrowers, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of a transaction.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–8 years of law firm experience handling sophisticated real estate lending transactions; strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; superior academic credentials; and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Experience with balance sheet bank lending transactions is preferred but not required.
