REAL ESTATE FINANCE (MULTIFAMILY HOUSING) | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (1-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its national Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated multifamily housing finance transactions within a nationally recognized real estate platform.
The Associate will represent parties in complex real estate finance matters with a focus on lender-side multifamily housing finance and construction/permanent loan transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, managing transactions from inception through closing, coordinating title and survey review processes with paralegals, maintaining transaction checklists, and communicating directly with lenders, borrowers, and opposing counsel throughout the deal lifecycle. The role may also involve exposure to affordable housing and bond-financed transactions.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 1–4 years of real estate finance experience; familiarity with lender-side multifamily housing finance and construction/permanent loan transactions; strong drafting and communication skills; experience handling transactions from beginning to end; and admission to the Georgia Bar or pending admission. Affordable housing and bond finance experience is a plus.
