LITIGATION | PARTNER (10+ YRS): Our client is seeking an experienced Partner to join its General Liability and Insurance Defense practice. The Partner will independently manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, trial preparation, and trials, while supervising associates and staff. The Partner will also advise clients on liability and litigation strategy, represent clients in court and before government agencies, conduct complex legal research, and draft substantial briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and appellate briefs. This role includes leadership responsibilities related to team management, hiring, budgeting, compliance, and the overall growth of the firm.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 10+ years of significant general liability and insurance defense experience and substantial experience independently managing cases through all phases of litigation. Candidates should have experience with negotiations, mediations, courtroom proceedings, and trial preparation, along with superior analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the applicable state, with admission in additional states considered a plus. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively and meet an annual billable requirement of 1,950 hours.
