REAL ESTATE PRACTICE GROUP |MID-LEVEL ATTORNEY (4+ YRS): Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm and is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a collaborative team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff handling sophisticated national client matters. The Attorney will represent homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients in a broad range of transactional matters. Responsibilities will include contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and real estate closings. This is a non-partnership track position that may be structured on a full-time or part-time (hourly) basis.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 4+ years of meaningful transactional real estate experience representing developers, homebuilders, commercial property owners, and/or other sophisticated real estate clients. Candidates should have substantial experience with contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters. Candidates must also possess strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
