Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its nationally ranked Labor & Employment Group. The Associate will represent and advise public and private companies, senior executives, and management teams on sophisticated matters involving employment laws, restrictive covenants, employment-related litigation, executive compensation and contract negotiations, and corporate transactions involving employment law issues. The practice offers a blend of complex litigation, counseling, and transactional work.

REQUIREMENTS:  5-7 years of Corporate Litigation Experience: research, deposition preparation, written discovery and discovery disputes, and drafting motions and briefs; exceptional persuasive writing, oral communication, and project management skills. Strongly preferred experience: Complex labor & employment litigation; advising on non-compete and restrictive covenant matters; reviewing, negotiating and drafting employment-related agreements; conducting employment-related due diligence for complex corporate transactions; AMLaw 100 experience. A JD from a nationally recognized and accredited law school with a strong academic record and Georgia Bar Admission, or immediate eligibility to waive into the GA Bar
