Few can miss the mega-watt smile of our office manager, Antroinette. When you call The RMN Agency’s main number and listen closely, you may even hear the smile in her voice.
She is calm under pressure and radiates our can-do spirit. A member of The RMN Agency Team since 2018, Antroinette has a sixth sense to anticipate the needs of our legal recruiting team while keeping our office logistics humming. Her motto is: “Make things happen.” (And she really does).
Antroinette says The RMN Agency ‘goes to bat’ to match attorneys to roles that they may never have known were available. “The RMN Agency has changed the narrative for who earns positions across the legal industry. At The RMN Agency, I have seen possibilities open for people that I never saw in legal roles growing up as a black girl in Mississippi. It’s amazing,” she says.

Background
Antroinette previously managed operations and real estate logistics for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Organizational Management from Mississippi Valley State University. She also is a professional lifestyle photographer who loves to look through a camera lens to capture people, real estate, and candid moments during corporate events.
Antroinette’s Career Advice for Lawyers
“Live for today. Tomorrow is not promised. I’ve been in situations where I waited and waited….and waited to do something I really wanted to do,” she says. “Now I live for today more than I ever have. My confidence and courage came to me only after I started working at The RMN Agency. I wish for everyone to feel valued in the work they do every day.”
