Janice joined The RMN Agency in 2022 from Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Atlanta, a firm she stays connected to as a legal recruiter. At Seyfarth, Janice initially managed the law firm’s administrative operations. She transitioned into managing human resources after cultivating trust with the firm’s 100 attorneys and helping the attorneys navigate staffing voids, changes, and practice growth. She also led the firm’s contractual agreements with legal recruiters.
