LITIGATION - COMMERCIAL | MID-TO-SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–7 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate Attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with two to seven years of experience handling complex commercial and business litigation matters. The position offers the opportunity to represent sophisticated clients in high-stakes disputes while working alongside experienced litigators on matters involving a wide range of industries and business sectors.
The Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Associate will represent corporate and individual clients in complex state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings. Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and appeals; conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; developing case strategies; and collaborating with clients and litigation teams to achieve favorable outcomes. The successful candidate will handle matters for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, national and international corporations, financial institutions, technology companies, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, construction companies, and other businesses.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have two to seven years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation, including experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Experience involving technology or intellectual property matters, including patent bar admission, is a significant plus but not required. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials and exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar are required.
