LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | ASSOCIATE (2–15 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with two to fifteen years of experience handling employment law matters who is interested in advising and representing sophisticated employers in a broad range of labor and employment issues. The position offers the opportunity to play a significant role in employment litigation, counseling, and training matters while working with a nationally recognized team of employment attorneys.

The Labor & Employment Associate will represent employers in all phases of employment litigation and provide strategic counseling on workplace-related matters. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing employment disputes, advising clients on employment law issues, and communicating regularly with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. The successful candidate will assist clients with litigation, counseling, and compliance matters involving a wide range of employment issues while managing matters independently and collaboratively.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be admitted to practice in Georgia and have two to fifteen years of experience handling employment law matters. Prior employment litigation experience is required, preferably representing management-side clients. Employment counseling and/or in-house employment law experience is preferred. Applicants should possess strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. A J.D. from an accredited law school is required. Partnership opportunities may be considered for candidates with significant relevant experience.
