INFORMATION TECH - INNOVATION | MID-LEVEL ATTORNEY (4+ YRS): Our client, a global firm, is seeking a mid-level Attorney to join its Innovation Team.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with four or more years of large law firm experience who is interested in driving legal innovation, technology adoption, and practice improvement. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, practice group leadership, and business professionals to enhance legal service delivery through process optimization, generative AI integration, legal technology, and client-focused solutions while collaborating with a nationally recognized innovation team.

The Innovation Attorney will serve as a strategic advisor to practice groups on legal technology, knowledge management, and service delivery initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve attorney workflows and operational efficiency, managing innovation and process improvement projects, supporting the adoption and implementation of generative AI and other legal technology tools, developing client-facing technology solutions and dashboards, and collaborating with attorneys to design practical solutions that enhance client value. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, provide one-on-one coaching and training on emerging technologies, develop educational programs and best practices, maintain knowledge management resources, monitor technology adoption and usage trends, and contribute to business development initiatives through client presentations, thought leadership, RFP responses, and innovation-focused marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar admission in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction, and at least four years of experience practicing at a large law firm. Experience managing projects, process improvement initiatives, or legal operations programs is required. Familiarity with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management, and legal service delivery principles is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess excellent analytical, project management, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and effectively manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with collaboration platforms, workflow management tools, and client-facing technology solutions is a plus.
