CORPORATE| PARTNER (15-25 YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a lateral Partner with significant experience serving defense sector clients to join its Corporate Group. The Partner will advise companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, growth strategies, and corporate structures. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 15 - 25 YRS of meaningful corporate and transactional experience and a portable book of business serving clients in the defense sector. Candidates should have a sophisticated corporate practice with substantial experience advising clients on M&A and general corporate matters. Candidates must also be admitted and in good standing with the state bar where they reside.
