REGULATORY INVESTIGATIONS, STRATEGIES + ENFORCEMENT |MID-LEVEL CAREER ATTORNEY (2-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Career Attorney to join its Regulatory Investigations, Strategies + Enforcement Practice Group. The Attorney will focus on sophisticated civil investigative demands, multistate investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, internal investigations, and related litigation.Â
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2-5 years of State Attorney General experience, with prior experience working in a State Attorney General’s office strongly preferred. Candidates must possess excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they reside and work. Â
