LITIGATION - REGULATORY INVESTIGATIONS, STRATEGY + ENFORCEMENT | ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL STAFF ATTORNEY (1-5 YRS, NON-PARTNERSHIP TRACK):  Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Career Attorney to join its Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group. 

The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and/or compliance. This role will focus on state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class litigation and administrative proceedings. Candidates must have significant trial experience and the ability to manage complex regulatory matters in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, have strong academic credentials, superior research and writing abilities, sharp analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the Bar and good standing in the state of Georgia.
