Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Litigation Associate to join its Financial Services Litigation Team in Atlanta. The Associate will handle sophisticated financial services litigation involving foreclosures, real estate transactions, title issues, commercial real estate, and loan enforcement. The position offers challenging litigation work within a collegial, team-oriented national practice and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the group.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 4+ years of meaningful litigation experience with a focus on financial services, including experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement, foreclosures, real estate transactions, title issues, and/or related financial services litigation. Experience taking and defending depositions and handling courtroom matters is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly navigate complex subject matter. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with strong ambition, drive, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
