REAL ESTATE (AFFORDABLE HOUSING): Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 200  firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years  of experience to join its growing Affordable Housing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial real estate development, with a strong background in multifamily real estate acquisition, development, and finance. Experience in joint venture equity and LIHTC transactions is valued. The ideal candidate has a focus in transactions, enjoys interesting deals, and working in a collaborative environment. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
