TAX & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:  Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney with 4 - 8  years of experience to join the Tax Practice subgroup of its Tax & Benefits practice group.  Candidates should have experience in a transactional tax practice with a focus on the energy industry. Partnership experience, including drafting partnership agreements, and experience drafting tax opinions is particularly helpful.  Law firm experience is preferred but large accounting firm experience will also be considered. The Tax & Benefits group and the Firm support the growth and development of its members by supporting involvement in professional organizations and speaking and writing opportunities.

REQUIRED:  A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; GA Bar admission in good standing; excellent written, analytical, and oral communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
