LITIGATION - PHARMACEUTICAL/ MEDICAL DEVICE/ PRODUCT LIABILITY:  Our client, an AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm)  for its Litigation group. This position can be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing skills, particularly in the area of pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert / Rule 702 motions practice. 

In this role, the associate will be responsible for communicating with clients, supervising associates, working with experts, assisting with fact development and depositions, reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, and helping develop case strategy.

REQUIRED: a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; bar admission in the jurisdiction of candidate’s preferred office location; strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail and excellent organization skills; good business judgment; direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred
