CORPORATE SECURITIES: Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Securities Associate with 5-12 years of experience  for its Corporate Business Unit. The associate will be responsible for preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, NYSE, Nasdaq, and the OTC Markets Group. Strong experience with securities matters is required. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials; GA Bar Admission; strong communication, analytical and writing skills; attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and  a commercial, client-focused attitude.
