REAL ESTATE:  Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is looking for a Staff Attorney with at least 1+ years of experience to join its Real Estate group . The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in real estate development and/or finance experience. 

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various aspects of commercial real estate development including complex real estate structures, real estate finance, mezzanine finance and equity investments.

REQUIREMENTS:  A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; GA Bar admission; exceptional work ethic; attention to detail; initiative and motivation; and excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
