PATENT PROSECUTION ASSOCIATE (ENGINEERING & SOFTWARE) :  Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with at least 3+ years experience in patent prosecution with aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. This position is an alternative to traditional partnership - track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement. 

The ideal candidate must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record (High Honors, Law Review, and/or Moot Court); GA Bar Admission; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
