PATENT PROSECUTION ASSOCIATE (LIFE SCIENCES) :  Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with at least 3+ years experience in  patent prosecution. This position will involve working with innovations at the intersection of software and biology; therefore, high familiarity and experience in both fields is preferred. For attorney candidates, this position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions and has a lower billable hour requirement. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; detail- oriented and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus.
