ENERGY & NATURAL RESOURCES (RENEWABLE ENERGY): Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level  associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join its Energy & Natural Resources group. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in project development, construction, M&A and finance in energy and infrastructure transactions, particularly renewable energy.  Candidates should also have experience with EPC and major equipment procurement on onshore and offshore wind, solar and energy storage projects. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
