REAL ESTATE (FINANCE & FUNDS): Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 50 firm, is seeking an  associate for its Private Funds group with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing established and new fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts and other investment vehicles. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school with a superior academic record; and GA Bar Admission.
