MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of a top mid-sized insurance defense firm, is seeking an associate with 2 - 6 years of experience to join its growing Medical Malpractice and Complex Insurance Litigation team.

While medical malpractice experience is ideal, the firm will consider candidates that have experience litigating complex tort/insurance defense or products liability matters. Candidates should be comfortable taking and defending depositions, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and drafting motions and briefs. Trial experience is a plus.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; Georgia Bar Admission; 2 - 6 years of litigation experience; strong research, writing, and communication skills; and prior experience with insurance defense, medical malpractice, or products liability litigation.
