MID-LEVEL TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT ASSOCIATE : Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with at least 5+ years of direct experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution, TTAB and opposition proceedings, global anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and broader IP strategy to join one of the top teams in the country in the Trademark & Copyright group.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar admission; detail-oriented; highly organized; self-motivated with critical thinking skills; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
